Washington Strategic Consulting (WSC) provides a full suite of federal government relations services to non-profit health systems, disease advocacy groups, public universities, corporations and local governments across the nation.
WSC is led by Kyle Mulroy and Spencer Perlman, two Washington, DC veterans who have served in senior staff positions for Members of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House.
