Coalition Building

• Identify common priorities across diverse interests and organize those groups to advocate with one powerful voice;
• Manage the day-to-day operations of these organizations, handling a myriad of critical functions, including treasury management, IT support, office space and board meeting development that allowing an association’s board of directors to focus on broader development goals.
• Develop and mobilize national grassroots networks of advocates in support of policy goals.
